• Custom-printed items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or error in printing.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

• Any products that have been used or altered.
• Custom or personalized orders, unless there is a defect.
• Items not purchased directly from Printed Wax Paper.

3. Return Process:

• Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.
• The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item, unless the return is due to our error or a defect.
